Pricing
Clear pricing, confirmed before you commit.
Clear, written pricing — confirmed before you commit. Every engagement is scoped in a proposal or statement of work, and pricing is agreed in writing before any payment is taken. Standardized engagements can be paid online by card through our processor (Stripe); larger programs are invoiced on net terms against a signed statement of work.

How payment works
Two simple, transparent options.
Standardized engagements — pay online by card
Smaller, fixed-scope work — such as an assessment or a defined implementation — can be paid by debit or credit card through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout — HRUS Consultants LLC never sees or stores full card numbers. You receive an itemized receipt for every payment.
Larger programs — invoiced on net terms
Implementation and program engagements are scoped in a written statement of work and invoiced on net terms (Net-15 / Net-30), typically against agreed milestones. A deposit may reserve the start date, and change and cancellation terms follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All amounts and schedules are agreed in writing before any payment is collected.
Why don’t you publish rates?
Because consulting is scoped to your situation — the right team, duration, and approach depend on what you’re trying to change. Publishing a rate would be misleading. Instead, we learn your needs, then put scope and pricing in a written proposal or statement of work, and confirm it before you commit to anything.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price in your written proposal or statement of work is the price. Any change in scope — added work, more systems, or additional sessions — is quoted and approved before it is billed. Travel for onsite work, where applicable, is stated up front.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Deposits, milestones, change requests, and the circumstances under which fees are refundable are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We encourage you to read it before signing an agreement.
Which currencies do you accept?
All pricing is in U.S. dollars (USD), and card payments are processed in USD by Stripe. International organizations are welcome; your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion at their own rates.
